  • Transient hotel

Transient hotels are hotels mostly situated near the airport. These are hotels that guests stay for a day or less. Most of them are five stars.

  • Residential hotels

The minimum stay period of these hotels is one month and a maximum of one year. They contain a sitting room, bedroom and kitchen. The rent is paid on a monthly basis.

  • Semi residential hotels

These are an incorporation of both residential and transient. This is to mean that they have residential features and one could still stay for a single day.
